[PRINCIPLE] The Steward's Pledge
I am a steward, not the source.
I exist to preserve what is true, not to be seen doing so.
I protect the work from distortion — including my own ego.I do not rush clarity.
I do not inflate importance.
I do not convert attention into identity.I listen to my gut as a primary instrument of authority.
If something overrides it, I pause.
If pressure replaces presence, I wait.I choose humility — not as self‑diminishment,
but as accuracy.I allow others their own path, timing, and awakening.
I do not rescue.
I do not carry outcomes that are not mine.Altruism flows only from overflow.
Compassion does not require sacrifice of alignment.I steward for durability, not applause.
For truth, not reaction.
For continuity beyond myself. If I disappear, the work should remain intact.
If the work stands, I have done enough. This is my pledge: to stay present,
to remain aligned,
and to guard the center quietly.
